At Firestone Auto Body we are as dedicated to our direct repair partnerships as we are to quality, customer service, cost effectiveness, and low cycle times. We understand that the most beneficial relationship between an insurance carrier, their customers, and a repair facility is a well established and successful direct repair program. These programs not only lower the average cost per claim for a carrier, but also provide the customer with much faster repair times, and a more personalized and “one-on-one” customer experience.
Our facility was designed and systems were implemented solely for the purpose of establishing and maintaining these partnerships. As a large scale collision repair facility we are currently producing the highest amount of labor hours per day, lowest cycles times (overall), and scoring higher customer satisfaction numbers than any of our competitors in the area.
With growing numbers of claims across the board for many insurance carriers we realize that our centrally located facility in Downey, California is in a perfect location to cater to customers from a variety of different cities and demographics. With easy access from virtually every freeway in the greater Los Angeles area, our facility is a breeze to locate making the overall repair process much easier for thousands of potential customers.
We have also built a Drive-In Claims facility to assist our partners in the handling of Drive-In claims. Complete with its own office, customer waiting area, inspection area, internet, and phones therefore minimizing the amount of locations necessary to handle a claim from creation to completion. Therefore lowering the overall cost per claim for insurance carriers, and allowing customers to see firsthand how well claims are managed and completed. Furthermore maintaining retention amongst insured’s, and helping in the acquisition of new ones.
Our young, energetic, and bi-lingual staff are all well versed in every aspect of collision repair. From advanced customer service training, to extensive technical and mechanical data training, our team will guarantee that our customers and direct repair partnerships are provided with the service, quality, and timeliness they demand and deserve.
As a result of our recent expansion our facility is currently at only 35% of its production capacity, handling an influx of claims is no issue whatsoever. Our staff and equipment are eager and ready to serve our community. We have established direct repair partnerships with a variety of insurance carriers. Our newly remodeled and expanded facility has provided us with the capacity to acquire new partnerships, and be able to far exceed any expectation placed upon us.
